Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from SUNY Oneonta. She began her career in sales with a global wholesale apparel and accessories company, where she rose to the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In that role, she specialized in business expansion, inventory management, and brand licensing. In October 2024, Shannon joined Smeriglio Associates, LLC as Chief Operations Officer. She resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Michael and Sean.
